This is easy to store and move around. Even on a mat it did slide so I put grip pads on the bottom and that stopped it from sliding. I’ve enjoyed using mine. The work outs aren’t as long but seem more realistic for me to maintain.

Been having great workouts with the body board. Wish the timer would make noises after each set.
